Workspace AI assistant

Ask your workspace. Get answers from your documents.

tianluai is a workspace AI assistant that helps teams ask questions in chat and get answers grounded in the documents and integrations connected to each workspace.

Features

What tianluai does

Workspace chat with document-backed answers

Ask questions in natural language. Answers are generated using your workspace documents and connected sources, so responses stay relevant to your team’s knowledge.

Document indexing from Google Drive

Workspace administrators can connect Google Drive and choose folders to index. tianluai reads selected files (read-only) so the assistant can cite and summarize your content in chat.

Integrations and credentials you control

Connect Google Drive, Notion, OpenAI, Pinecone, Telegram, and other providers per workspace. You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time.

How we use Google and your data

tianluai requests Google data only to provide the features below. We do not sell your personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

Google sign-in (required to use the app)

When you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from Google to create and secure your tianluai account and sign you in.

Google Drive (optional, after sign-in)

If a workspace admin connects Google Drive, tianluai requests read-only access (drive.readonly) to folders they explicitly select. We read file metadata and content from those folders only to index documents and answer questions in that workspace. We do not modify, upload, or delete your Drive files.

tianluai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Drive from Integrations in the app or revoke tianluai’s access anytime in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Privacy policy
