Google Account and Google Drive Data

TianluAI integrates with Google APIs in two separate ways:

Sign-in: When you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from Google to create and secure your TianluAI account. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising.

Google Drive (optional): After you sign in, workspace owners and administrators may connect Google Drive to index documents from folders they explicitly select. TianluAI uses read-only access (drive.readonly) to read file metadata and content from those folders solely to answer questions in your workspace chat. We do not modify, upload, or delete your Google Drive files.

TianluAI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Drive from Integrations in the app or revoke TianluAI’s access at any time through your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AI and Third-Party Services

TianluAI may use trusted third-party providers, APIs, cloud infrastructure services, analytics platforms, payment processors, and AI providers to support the operation of the platform.

By using TianluAI, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed through such third-party services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and security practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the platform.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights and platform security.
